Today I was trying to think of what to fix for dinner.....and I decided on ....Southern styled FRIED CHICKEN...Banquet style that is.. Yes...I didn't make homemade Fried Chicken...I bought a box of Banquet Southern Fried Chicken.
When I was about 4 years old (I think), our family lived across the street from an older lady named Millie. I will never forget one day I had gone over to visit her and she had made some fried chcken....oh my heavens....I thought it was the BEST fried chicken I had ever had...come to find out...it was from a box.
So tonight....here is to a great memory! I won't think about the calories tonight...I'll worry about that tomorrow.

Oh, my I am starving and then I see your post!! I want some. What is a box of Banquet Southern Fried Chicken? Is that like Banquet frozen tv dinner? Yummy! We are having tenderloins but I have to wait because hubby is working on the tile in the kitchen. I want what YOUR having!!
